Who we are
OOJOO Design is an independent studio in Toronto, Ontario. We design and produce sculptural lighting in small batches, blending playful forms with careful craftsmanship. We believe lighting should do more than brighten a room. It should spark joy, start conversations, and occasionally make people ask where you got it.
We are inspired by simple shapes, soft curves, and the comforting warmth of ambient light. Each piece is made to elevate a space with a gentle glow and a sense of personality. OOJOO lamps are not just light sources. They are small design moments that add character to bedrooms, living rooms, offices, and everywhere in between.
Our founders
OOJOO began as a small experiment on Etsy, where our lamps became the best-selling night light shop on the platform within six months. Andy Lee brings the engineering and creative direction, Lily Li runs operations, and between them the work stays both precise and a little bit playful.
