Shipping and Returns
Which countries and regions do you ship to?
We currently ship to North America, Europe, the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing time: 2–4 business days. This is when we craft and pack your order.
Shipping time, not including processing:
- Canada: 2–4 business days
- US: 3–8 business days
- EU and UK: 6–10 business days
- Mexico and Saudi Arabia: 8–14 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free to the United States and Canada on every order, with no minimum.
For other regions, shipping is calculated at checkout. Standard rates for a single item:
- EU and UK: $14.99
- Mexico and Saudi Arabia: $19.99
All prices in USD. Each additional item in the same order ships at 50% off the first item's shipping fee.

Can I return my order?
Yes. If it’s not love at first light, you have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Just make sure everything is unused and in its original packaging.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or doesn’t show up?
We’re really sorry to hear that. We put a lot of care into our products, and it’s disappointing when they don’t reach you in perfect condition.
Every order is covered by shipping insurance. For loss or damage claims, please contact us and we’ll jump in right away to help you sort it out.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email as soon as your lamp is on its way.

What materials are your products made from?
All our lamps are 3D printed using recycled PETG filament, a durable, heat-resistant and shatter-resistant material that diffuses light beautifully and stays cool even during long periods of use.
Are the lamps safe to use for long periods of time?
Yes. OOJOO lamps use low-power lighting that stays cool during extended use, so they are made for everyday, all-evening lighting.
What kind of light source do the lamps use?
Most OOJOO lamps have a built-in LED light that is low-power, long-lasting and never needs replacing under normal use. The NAMU, Sundae and Cigarette lamps use a replaceable bulb, included with the lamp.
How do I power the lamp?
Most OOJOO lamps are USB-powered and work with any USB port or wall plug, anywhere in the world. The NAMU, Sundae and Cigarette lamps have a US standard plug and run on 120V, made for North America. In the UK and Europe they need a step-down voltage converter, as a plug adapter alone is not safe.

What does “OOJOO” mean?
“OOJOO” is Korean for “universe”, a perfect nod to our designer Andy Lee, who grew up in Korea and brings that playful, cosmic spirit into everything we make. We are all about whimsical, colorful, personality-filled lighting and design pieces that make people smile and look good on your shelf.
How are OOJOO lamps made?
Every OOJOO lamp starts its life on one of our 3D printers or laser cutting machines, where it takes about 15 hours to print each piece using durable, heat-resistant materials. Once printed, we hand-assemble everything in our Toronto studio. No mass manufacturing, just a small team, a lot of care, and printers humming happily in the background. Each lamp is truly small-batch and made with love.
