Shipping

All orders are shipped from our studio in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We currently ship to North America, Europe, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom. All prices shown below are in USD, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Each OOJOO lamp is carefully prepared before shipping. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it is handed off to the carrier.

Processing time: 2–6 business days
Estimated shipping time: varies by region (see table below)

Total delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping rates listed in the table above apply to a single item. When purchasing multiple items, the shipping cost for each additional item is discounted by 50% of the first item’s shipping fee. The final shipping cost is always calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery times shown above represent the total delivery time, which includes order processing and carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.

Typical delivery time ranges by region:

• United States: approximately 5–14 business days
• Canada: approximately 4–10 business days
• Europe: approximately 8–16 business days
• United Kingdom: approximately 6–14 business days
• Other regions (including Saudi Arabia and Mexico): approximately 10–20 business days

Returns

We want you to be happy with your OOJOO purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Custom items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective

To initiate a return, please

1. Contact us at hello@oojoodesign.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our approval and return authorization.
3. Once approved, follow the return instructions we provide to send your item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, and typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
