Returns
We want you to be happy with your OOJOO purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Custom items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective
To initiate a return, please
- Contact us at hello@oojoodesign.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our approval and return authorization.
- Once approved, follow the return instructions we provide to send your item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, and typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
